Purchased 2 retractable awnings from American Awnings / Tony almost a month ago. Tony's cost proposal was in the middle range of our search, but he proved to be the most knowledgeable of all the providers we interviewed. Installation took place as promised by Tony and his staff, and was very professional. They arrived on time and completed the job and cleaned up on schedule. We have been using almost daily, and we are very satisfied!! If we could give them a higher rating than 5 stars we would!!

Anthony who came to our house initiate the project and later completed the project, He was professional and friendly and his pricing was better than the competition and I would highly recommend his company. The quality of his work was very excellent and his warrant was better than the manufactory.

Tony is the man. He was straightforward from day one and didn't pressure me into purchasing anything. Once I made the decision, he gave me a timeline and it was true to his word. They came out on one of the hottest days and installed my awning and I have been enjoying it ever since. I will recommend this company to my neighbors.

Tony installed my patio awning in 2018 and I am very pleased with the results. Have had many compliments about it. Tony is a professional, gave me an estimate and timeline for delivery at a reasonable price. At delivery, he arrived on time and worked through until installation was complete. He is very neat, cleans up as he works, no damage to the lawn from equipment or tools, and when he is finished, gave care instructions with a word to call at any time for questions. Have recommended him to my neighbors to consider him if they decide to install an awning.

Tony was extremely professional. I literally researched options for 2 years from simple and complex umbrellas, to a sail, a hand crafted system using airline wire from a you tube video, and many other awning companies. American Awnings had high ratings and good reviews. After Tony came up to see what would work best for me, I placed my order. The hardest part was picking out my fabric! Today, at my install he educated me, answered all my questions and cleaned up after himself! There was literally nothing for me to do when he was done. I would highly recommend you don't fall for the cheap awnings out there. Do your homework and you will probably be calling Tony soon.

Tony Damore is a true professional and we really enjoyed working with him from start to finish. We signed the contract on May 4 and Tony installed the awning on May 23. Unbelievable turnaround time. The awning is beautiful and we just say thanks for a job well done. Highly recommend Tony to anyone who needs his service.

Tony was great to work with. I wasn't 100% sure if I wanted a retractable awning at first but needed something to cover our grill area from sun. He was immediately responsive and called me on the same weekend I submitted request. He was out to take a look on that Monday. He was knowledgeable but not pushy. He was prompt on his follow ups and appointments. Pricing is competitive with other comparable products but with better warranty. He quoted 4 weeks to have awning custom made and installed. He completed in 3. Very happy with Tony and end product. Nice to work with a professional.

From the start, during the sales process, Tony was very straightforward, honest and provided all the information needed to make a decision. On the day of the installation. He was on time, pleasant and respectful. The installation went smoothly, considering how hot the weather was. Tony took the time to provide instructions on operating the awning. I discovered my windows were still under warranty, thanks to the suggestion from your guy who came to look at the job last week. I have to tell you, I had four other window companies quote the job to determine if I needed to replace the windows, and your quote was less than half the lowest bid from the others. I appreciate your honesty, and should we need any other work done on the house I will call you.

They came to our house within a few days after I called them. They a wonderful fabric selection with a huge variety. Fabric choice was perfect for our patio. The installation was done while I was at work. The awning itself is top notch! We are very happy.

Expert installation. Materials and fabric are high quality and I could not be more satisfied with the product and the installation. I informed the owner of my price range and what I was looking for, and he came out to my house and surveyed the deck and recommended what type of awning would work best. My wife and I picked out the color and type of fabric and within a few days he had the awning ready for installation. Installation only took a few hours (including wiring) and it looks awesome and has changed our quality of life for the better enjoying time on the back deck. American Awnings has my highest possible recommendation - if you need an awning, he will get you what you want at the right price!

This company was $1000.00 less the all other companies I checked with and the quality was excellent. When I asked how he could do this he stated it is because he only does awnings.

Service to look at my damaged awnings was within one day. I ordered. The new deck awning was available within two weeks. I am happy with the awning. The quality is definitely better than the original.
